Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days within the United States. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping cost: Free tracked shipping on all orders over $35. A flat $4.95 rate applies to orders under $35.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, email circuitflexhq@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at circuitflexhq@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a reshipment or refund.
